As a junior athlete, starting off in a gym can be overwhelming, intimidating and confusing - thats why we are here to help. We are going to remove every barrier you face to make sure your gym & training experience is the best it can be. By starting strength and conditioning training early, you develop the physical and athletic skills that will serve you throughout your entire life.

The pressure on young athletes can come from many directions; coach, parents & often themselves. There is almost always the external factor that they MUST perform at all times. This can be incredibly hard, not only physically but mentally as well.

We have created a safe environment for junior athletes to be able to flourish where our coaches will be by their side encouraging them to become the best they can.

It’s no secret that movement & exercise have MULTIPLE befits for mental health. Engaging in physical activity, whether it's strength training, cardio or sports, can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, something that unfortunately is growing in our community. Incorporating exercise into one's routine can serve as a valuable tool for managing stress and enhancing mental resilience.
