Team gym sessions at GRIND S&C offer athletes the opportunity to bond with their teammates while working towards a common goal of becoming stronger and more resilient. Under the guidance of Head S&C Coach LJ, each session is carefully curated to target specific muscle groups and improve overall athletic performance. By training together, athletes not only push each other to new limits but also motivates athletes to give their all and support each other throughout the training.
Don’t need the coaching but want something for your team to follow?Let us write your team a program! Your team can access workouts via our TeamBuildr app and it can include anything you want, from strength sessions to track or field sessions!
GRIND S&C offers comprehensive team performance testing to help your athletes reach their full potential. Our Head S&C Coach LJ utilises cutting-edge technology and proven methodologies to assess your team's strengths and areas for improvement. By identifying key metrics such as speed, power, agility, and endurance, we can tailor training programs to enhance team performance collectively.
You will have two testing sessions. One at the start of pre season & one at the end of pre season. Using these results we will be able to compare your team’s data, see where they improved, who put in the work & where there is still room for improvement.
By completing these tests - there is no hiding. If you want your Athletes to put the work in, then this is the best way to do it.
RECOVER AS A TEAM
Book in for a team recovery session and get access to our ice baths, compression boots, massage guns & a mobility session. This is a cost effective & easy way to make sure your athletes are looking after themself!
